Artomatic App Privacy Policy


The Artomatic App provides the opportunity for artists participating in an Artomatic event to report information about themselves, but no such information is required.  Consequently, to the extent that artists choose to self-report, Artomatic will maintain information relating to the following areas:

  1. artist name
  2. description of artist (e.g., painter, photographer, installation artist)
  3. artist website address
  4. artist Facebook page link
  5. artist Instagram page link
  6. artist short bio or description of artist’s current Artomatic exhibit


Any information collected through the Artomatic App is used to allow users of the Artomatic App to learn about the participating artist, and find the artist’s exhibit within the Artomatic show.
The information collected through the Artomatic App is never sold, or otherwise shared with any other third parties, except to the extent required to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial or other proceeding properly served on Artomatic.


Information about artists collected through the Artomatic App is maintained by Artomatic for a period of one month after the end of the event.
Participating artists can modify or delete the information they provided by contacting Artomatic at


  1. This privacy policy is effective as of March 29, 2017.
  2. Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this webpage. To the extent that you do not agree to any of the changes made to this privacy policy, you may choose to have any information you have provided to Artomatic through the Artomatic App deleted from Artomatic’s records, in accordance with section 3 above.
