(visual artist)"Abstract Acrylic on Panel"
As a great artist once said "Art, it happens". The process from beginning till end is why I do my art. Building panels, modeling texture, applying wash, after wash, after wash of color. All the success and failure, joy and angst along the way add to the experience.

Evolving from my "Natural Reflection" and "Erocktions" series, my current work takes those concepts of rock cairns as wayfinding symbols, and explores how the lowly and ubiquitous stone could be used not only as a creative element, but to suggest something grander and at the same time very personal...
I collect rocks and stone everywhere I go. I have penchant for stacking them up or...
(visual artist)"Portraits and figures"

I'm a local journalist who happens to love painting. When all the other kids were learning how to play sports, I picked up a paintbrush instead; it's the only thing I was ever mildly good at. Now, it's just a hobby, but it's one that I love. I take inspiration from my surroundings and travels. I'm fortunate enough to have been to many places in the world, and there's nothing that I love more...
