Niambi and Allita depict the "URBAN NATURE" that bridges indigenous attitude with urban experience. The use of natural and recycled materials create a theme that mocks the organically challenged status of modern day living, at home, at work and at play.

Eileen Bernstein writes, sings and plays all original country/rock/pop tunes that cover the gamut of life experiences. She tries to capture the joy, beauty and humor of every day. Her signature relationship song, "He's Got His Way" won the May 2004 Song of the Year international award. The Baltimore Sun says, “It may not be too long before you hear the songs of Eileen Bernstein on the radio”. According to the Baltimore Jewish Times,“It’s the storytelling that draws you into each song”.

My art explores the inspirational spaces between the heavens and the earth. The images reflect sacred spaces where mind, body and spirit meet the elements of earth, air, fire and water.

Elikeh plays funky roots music from West Africa. In 2007, Elikeh was nominated for "Best World Music Group" by the Washington Area Music Association, as well as "Best New Artist" at the annual Togo Music Awards in Lome. This 6-piece powerhouse includes musicians from Togo, Cameroon, Nigerian and the U.S.

My artistic inspirations stem from everyday life experiences and interactions with common objects – a flowering bush, an extended ladder, an open window, or a glorious sunset. I am often inspired by travels to distant places and the unintended encounters that occur when one least expects it.

My work is intended to be purely compositional, rarely literal; a geometric reinterpretation of objects and places in my mind that are created from a repetitive patterned language of lines, circles, rectangles and squares. My favorite works blur the distinction between imagination and reality.

Dana Ellyn is a DC resident and full-time painter who lives and paints in her studio in a subsidized artist housing unit in downtown Washington DC. Dana committed herself to full-time status in 2002 when she decided to leave her corporate job and pursue painting. Her work is exemplified by a risk-taking vision, strong content, and colorful critiques of social mores. Dana values her fine arts training but now works on peeling away the art school compulsion to make, and hide behind, pretty pictures.

Born in Washington, D.C., Stirling Elmendorf has spent nearly half his life overseas. Growing up with a professional photographer mom was a source of influence and inspiration.

Travel has taken Stirling to incredibly populous and equally remote locations on the planet. As a self-taught photographer with a sharp eye fixed on the pulse of composition and a healthy obsession with technical perfection, the range of subject matter is no way limited by any preconceived notions of "what can and can't be shot..."

His clientele is as diverse as his body of work. Many influential organizations and individuals enjoy a working relationship with this conscientious, creative and diplomatic photographer.

Regardless of where a project is destined to end up, Stirling infuses his images with dynamism, creativity and power.

Based on a taped interview with my grandmother, this series of drawings depicts the arc of a new technology, its birth, zenith point, and decline. I use elements from nature to futher underscore the presence of these cycles, with their themes of intention, hope, and perseverence, that occur around us everyday.

In my work I look to find the connection between parts that create a whole by investigating how they are interrelated. Often my subject matter is derived from the everday repetitive experinces one has. There is a lot of beauty and knowledge in the simplest things.

Evan Bliss & the Welchers are a Washington, DC based contemporary rock outfit, whose first album was released in June 2007 under the Holster Records label. "If Brandon Boyd of Incubus and Jack Johnson had a love child, it would be Evan Bliss & the Welchers. The group's sound blends powerful vocals and skilled instrumental music in what is a very respectable compilation. Mixing reggae, punk, rock and soul, the band has created a unique sound." - On Tap Magazine
