Breakup2Shapeup is a fitness program for individuals you have went through a traumatic break-up and don’t know how to cope. I want to help others fall in love with fitness to help them to heal from their break-up. Fitness truly heals break-ups. Learning great self love skills can help you get over any type of Break-up.
Don’t shed tears over your ex! Let’s use that pain as fuel! Instead of shedding tears… let’s shed sweat!
