The Artomatic Steering CommitteeThe Steering Committee is primarily responsible for making decisions related to the main event and time-sensitive decisions needing quick turnaround. The Steering Committee holds regular open meetings to foster participation in all aspects of planning. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Steering Committee membership consists of two elected representatives from each of the five operating committees: Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Event Planning, Marketing, and Volunteer and Staffing. (One primary and one alternate board member is allocated to participate within each of these operating committees.) The Steering Committee is convened and managed by the two co-chairs, who are elected. All decisions are made by majority rule. The Artomatic Board of DirectorsThe Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for the vitality and continuance of Artomatic. Its roles and responsibilities include:
