The FreeStyle Movement is an arts advocacy and youth support program sponsored by The Black Leadership Council for Excellence (BLCE). Our mission is to provide performing arts venues, which will engage our youth and young adults. We believe that by participating in performance programs more youth will be creatively stimulated, healthy and positive grow and learn through the art of spoken word and live music.
