Fri Jun 6 - 7:45pm-8:30pm Alexei is a Russian poet and essayist with numerous books published in Russia. He also writes in English, and he will read Russian translations and poetry in English. His most recent collection of poems is Names of Love (Novoe izdatelstvo, 2007), and he is a winner of the Russia's first independent literary prize, the Andrei Bely Prize (http://www.utoronto.ca/tsq/02/ostanin2.shtml).
