An Artomatic Baseball Painting Party is scheduled for Friday, June 13th from 3:00-5:00 p.m in the 7th-floor education room.

The painting party is being organized as part of the Art’s a Ball! project, which will feature 1,000 artistically-decorated baseballs on public display throughout the City of Frederick.

The baseballs will be on display from July 1 to August 15. Artists from all over MD, PA, and VA are signed up as well as other states such as NJ and AZ.

Staff members from the Frederick Arts Council will provide the baseballs and acrylic craft painting supplies (artists are welcome to bring their own).

The baseballs will then be auctioned off with the artists receiving 50% of the proceeds.
