Neato Fleets is a three person band that plays LOUD lo-fi pop -- fuzzy, minimal and catchy, jangly and distorted pop. Though Neato Fleets is technically the solo project of Frances Chang, she and the band she plays with-- Paul Misak (http://myspace.com/learnthealphabet) and Mike Naideau (http://virb.com/mikenaideau) -- are touring as a musical collective, playing all of their songs together and creating a new project.
