Before you begin your Artomatic registration, please take a moment to read these guidelines so you understand how the process works and make sure you complete all of the necessary steps. In an effort to ease the registration process, we have tried to separate the steps into On-Line Registration and Booking. Many of the steps may be completed on-line. However, every performing artist must book their performance to complete registration.

You must complete both Parts I & II of the registration process in order to participate in Artomatic. Then please read the FAQs on the link below where most of your questions about performing at Artomatic should be answered.

Performance Registration Commitment

• One volunteer shift to help stage Artomatic.
  
  Please perform and volunteer on different nights. Your volunteer shift is highly likely to put you elsewhere at the event (we have nearly a quarter million square feet of space).

Event Dates

• Friday, May 9 – Sunday, June 15, 2008

  Please check the FAQs page for the exact hours available for booking your performance. Performers will generally be booked on evenings each day the event is open until half an hour before the event closes.

• Terms & Conditions
• Artist's profile
• Artist's statement - optional
• Selected image - optional
• Volunteer commitment
• Email confirmation, including an assigned point of contact for your Artomatic booking agent who will book performers into our venues.
  
• Note: A confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you supply when you register. If your e-mail service provider is Earthlink, AOL, or Yahoo, among others, our message may be blocked or moved into a special folder. To avoid this problem, we suggest that you add registration@artomatic.org to your list of friends or approved contacts.

Booking - Part II

Artomatic will have the following venues:

• Electric Stage (louder music)
• Cabaret Stage (less loud music and collaborative performance)
• Poetry Lounge
• Theatre and Dance stage
• A film room
• An outdoor area for Fire Performers

Your point of contact Artomatic booking agent will assist you in selecting the right resource and time for you. Acts are booked on a first come, first serve basis, so register now! The booking agents will receive a copy of your registration, but for inquiries and further information, see our booking page.
